How long is a typical service call?

It depends on the nature of the problem, typically 30 minutes to 2 hours but it could be longer depending how much work needs to be done. Our Price Lock Guarantee ensures you will only be charged for a maximum of 4 hours labor provided the computer has a broadband internet connection for downloading updates and definitions. If you have a slower dial-up or DSL connection, JML Technologies reserves the right to increase cap to compensate for the extra time.

 

Is there a minimum service charge?

Yes, we charge a minimum of 1 - 2 hours for On-Site computer support depending on location.

 

Can I get support on weekends?

Yes, normal rates apply, except for holiday weekends. Service charges are doubled on holiday weekends.

 

Will I be given an arrival window?

We make every effort to arrive as close to the appointment time as possible.  If we are running behind, we will call.
